Peak NEOM construction (2024–2030) from The Line, OXAGON, SINDALAH, and TROJENA creates C&D waste at a scale requiring a 1.6× surge design basis. Samsung C&T's robotics JV targets 40% waste reduction — ACM processes the remaining 60%.
