Ash Stream REE and Critical Minerals Designation

WtE Ash — Veolia Jubail 2 (~80 TPD ESTIMATED)

Bottom ash (~20% of 346 TPD input ≈ 69 TPD) and fly ash (~3–5% ≈ 10–17 TPD) together form the Jubail 2 ash stream. REE concentrations originate from electronics — mobile devices, motors, LED lighting — embedded in the waste stream and concentrated through incineration.
